As a strategy consultancy for crisis communication, we are specialists in the field of mission-critical communication in the market. We are owner-managed – I stand by our clients with my experience, my know-how and my personal commitment. Together we form a strong interdisciplinary network of communication experts, psychologists, change managers and innovators from agile projects and processes. This enables us to ensure an individual, successful set-up for each client project. Our focus is on the special strategic tasks of communication. These are crises, changes and transformations as well as leadership communication.
Thanks to my authoritative and, above all, successful communication management in numerous national and international special and crisis cases, I am an important sparring partner for renowned companies, organisations and law firms in crisis prevention and in the accompaniment of change. In addition, over the past 15 years I have advanced to become one of the leading capacities in the field of acute crisis communication. I approach the mandates entrusted to me with the highest level of commitment. Personally and empathically. As an entrepreneur, I value trust and take responsibility for the tasks entrusted to me.
Studied communication sciences, politics and sociology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich; team and location manager at the fischerAppelt agency in Munich; founded Tina Glasl Strategy & Communication in 2006; coaching training and further training in organisational development and conflict psychology.
The focus of my work is on strategic counselling in acute crisis situations and crisis prevention. My work is integrated, reliable and based on trust with our clients. My aim is to sustainably protect and secure the reputation of the companies we advise – with innovative solutions and perfect implementation.
Studied Information Management & Corporate Communications at the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm. Coaching training and further education in methodical public relations. International work experience in Ireland, Australia and Indonesia.
Shitstorms, hate speech, fake news & co. – social media nowadays reveal many risks and dangers for companies. This makes it all the more important to develop appropriate social media communication. This is especially true for crises, transformation and change: regardless of whether you are dealing with a classic or a purely digital crisis, social media crisis communication is essential today.
Social media crisis communication and shitstorm management are important. However, it is equally important that both are implemented professionally and adequately. I plan and design the corporate website for companies and create professional content for their social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & Meta).
We are specialists in what we are doing. Where the task requires it, we work trustingly with experts from other fields – and always when the client benefits from the concrete added value. This is the case, for example, in the field of graphics, PR or search engine optimisation.
