The manual complements existing structures, roles, and processes, offering clear guidance, defined workflows, practical guidelines, and ready-to-use text templates for handling incidents effectively.
Solution
We developed the Crisis Communication Manual, adapting it to the organization’s processes, structures, and communication channels. It comprises roles and responsibilities, guidelines, scenarios, checklists, and ready-to-use text templates for different types of crises. The manual was fully embedded into the existing crisis management framework, serving as a mandatory working tool for the crisis team, leadership, and communications department. Hands-on workshops and crisis training with the corporate communications team further reinforced comprehensive crisis preparedness.
