Challenge

The communications team was prepared for the eventuality of a cyberattack—a scenario of growing relevance and urgency in the industry. The workshop aimed to train workflows and responsibilities, build communicative confidence, and establish routines for engaging with media, customers, and internal audiences.

Solution

We designed and delivered a one-day training for the twelve-member communications team. Based on a realistic cyberattack scenario, the entire communication process was simulated, including dynamic updates, social media posts, live interview requests, and press releases. Participants developed strategies, key messages, and actions for various audiences and channels. The session concluded with a moderated feedback discussion, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. By integrating knowledge, practical exercises, and reflection, the training enhanced the team’s responsiveness and confidence in handling crises.

Be it internal or external, navigating crises and transformations successfully requires a well-thought-out approach and the right messaging. Contact us today.
