Solution
We accompanied the organizational development with strategic change communication that made the transition both visible and tangible. Central elements included a creatively designed digital microsite and video content that clearly explained the transformation process and emphasized its opportunities. This fostered a positive narrative linking continuity with new beginnings, while strengthening the new leadership’s role. Leadership training and ongoing media relations provided additional support.
